"The twenty five hour day" is a late 1960's documentary by Fairchild Hiller (Republic Aviation Division) showing the role of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam war, with an emphasis on the F-105 "Thunderchief" fighter-bomber. The film follows the preparation and execution of a mission to interdict the flow of supplies from North Vietnam. There is also footage of many other aircraft in use at that time by the United States military including F-4s, KC-135s, A-1s, and HH-53, as well as Aircraft Carrier operations.
